Acne Treatment in India

In medical terms, Acne is known as Acne Vulgaris, which is a skin disease that involves the oil glands at the base of hair follicles. There's a reason it's called "common acne" as everyone nearly suffers from a pimple outbreak at some point in life. Pimples grow when these follicles get blocked, resulting in an accumulation of oil under the skin. Acne starts when greasy secretions from the skin's sebaceous (oil) glands come to life during puberty. The glands are stimulated by male hormones produced by the adrenal glands of both males and females. Acne is not dangerous, but can leave skin scars.

Although acne remains largely a curse of adolescence, about 20% of all cases occur in adults. Acne commonly starts during puberty between the ages of 10 and 13 and tends to be worse in people with oily skin. Teenage acne usually lasts for five to 10 years, normally going away during the early 20s. It occurs in both sexes, although teenage boys tend to have the most severe cases. Women are more likely than men to have mild to moderate forms into their 30s and beyond.
What Causes Acne? How common is it?
The cause of acne is quite unclear. Though stress can be one of the reason for acne, it clearly does not cause it. Common sites of acne are the face, chest, shoulders and back which are the sites of oil glands.
Dermatologists says that approximately three-quarters of 11 to 30 year-olds will get acne at some time. Hormones are the common cause for acne in teenagers starts with an increase in hormone production.

Anti Aging Treatments in India

Anti aging treatment in India has become the new phraseology and because of this reason it is becoming extremely popular as this new medical technologies show real results. Though aging boomers who make up a large percent of the population want to look younger but are evading the older technologies of plastic surgery in favor of newer, non-invasive techniques which honestly give more natural results.

Reasons for Skin Aging
As we get older, it is our skin that reflects the most visible changes. Our skin tension and elasticity steadily decrease. Our skin and the subcutaneous adipose tissue get thinner. Furthermore the water and fat content of our skin continuously decrease. As a result wrinkles appear and the skin ages. The main reason for skin aging is the slowdown of cell regeneration. These changes are brought about by internal as well as external causes. The causes like:

  •  Textural Changes - Aging causes us to lose collagen which leads to the loss of elasticity of the skin making it thin. It also becomes less capable of holding moisture thereby becoming dry. These changes leads to the     appearance of important facial creases and large holes.
  • Changes due to volume Loss - The subcutaneous fat or the fat layer immediately below the skin is significantly reduced leading to the skin sagging or hanging down in folds. There is hollowing around the eyes and the cheeks look flatter. Neck folds become severe and hands take on a bony look
  • Changes due to Pigmentation – Due to the increase in the     size of some of the melanocytes, the amount of pigment becomes more visible from underneath the thinning skin and gradually shows up as age spots and sun spots.
